We realized our furnace wasn't working on a freezing February evening and immediately placed an after-hours call to JD Indoor Comfort. We had a potentially dangerous situation averted by the prompt attention we received. Omar was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. JD Indoor Comfort saved the day. I came home from a long day to find my furnace had died. They came out that night and although my furnace needed replaced there were able to get me temporary heat. On a Thursday afternoon in January I came home to find our furnace had stopped working. I called immediately because the weekend was forecasted to be bitter cold with temps in the teens. They came out that evening and fixed it and at a reasonable cost. They didn't try to sell me a new furnace. It was something simple and was fixed quickly.
