We received a reply within minutes that a service tech was on his way. Omar arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a potentially dangerous situation averted by the prompt attention we received. Omar was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. On a Thursday afternoon in January I came home to find our furnace had stopped working. I called immediately because the weekend was forecasted to be bitter cold with temps in the teens. They came out that evening and fixed it and at a reasonable cost. They didn't try to sell me a new furnace. It was something simple and was fixed quickly.
