We realized our furnace wasn't working on a freezing February evening and immediately placed an after-hours call to JD Indoor Comfort. We received a reply within minutes that a service tech was on his way. Omar arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a potentially dangerous situation averted by the prompt attention we received. Omar was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only did he repair the issue, but he spent time discussing how to care for our unit to get the most out of it. We were extremely relieved with the cost of our after-hours service. Excellent service from J D Indoor Comfort! We had them replace our very old hot water tank and it was quick and easy. Every member of their team that I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using J D Indoor Comfort to replace our Air Conditioner soon too! Thank you!!!

JD Indoor Comfort saved the day. I came home from a long day to find my furnace had died. They came out that night and although my furnace needed replaced there were able to get me temporary heat. The next day they were there to install the new system... and at a better price than all other places I checked with. Great service, I refer them to all my friends and family.

On a Thursday afternoon in January I came home to find our furnace had stopped working. I called immediately because the weekend was forecasted to be bitter cold with temps in the teens. They came out that evening and fixed it and at a reasonable cost. They didn't try to sell me a new furnace. It was something simple and was fixed quickly. New furnace and air conditioner work great!! They did a fantastic job of keeping our old furnace working until the new one arrived. All of the employees that were in and out of our home were knowledgeable and friendly!!
